We are happy to inform you that we have organized our Annual Sports Meet for the Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary students at the:

ü Pre-Primary Section (Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG)….Thursday, 3^rd December 2009 at 8:00 am

ü Primary Section (Std. I to V) ………………….……………Friday, 4^th December 2009 at 8:00 am

ü Secondary Section (Std. VI to X) ……………………..….....Friday, 4^th December 2009 at 4:30 pm

You are invited to witness the Sports Meet and cheer your children.

Pre-Primary (Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG)	Thursday 3/12/09	Mhatre Sports grounds	7:30 a.m.	Nursery children will wear white shorts, white T- shirt, white socks & white canvas shoes. Jr.Kg & Sr.Kg children will wear their P.E. uniform along with white canvas shoes & white socks. Girls need to wear a black hair band & black ribbons. Those students participating in the display need to wear the costume as instructed by the teacher.
Primary (Std. I to V)	Friday 4/12/09		7:30 a.m.	School uniform, white socks & white canvas shoes. Those children in the March Past need to wear their respective caps. Students participating in the display need to wear the costume as instructed by the teacher.
Secondary (Std. VI to X)	Friday 4/12/09		3:30 p.m.	School Uniform, white socks & black shoes. Students participating in the March Past need to wear their respective caps. Students participating in the display need to wear the costume as instructed by the teacher.

v Parents of the Pre-Primary and Primary Section are requested to bring their child / children to the Mhatre Sports Ground and hand them over to the class teacher / teacher-in-charge and collect them after all the events get over.

v Secondary students should assemble in their respective House Shamiana. Parents are requested to collect their child / children at the end of all the Sports events.

v The school will remain closed on Thursday 3^rd December, 2009 and Friday, 4^th December, 2009 since we are holding the Sports meet at the Mhatre Grounds on the above days.

Parents are requested to drop and pick their children from the Mhatre Ground, as per the schedule given above.
